The KSI series injection machines were developed in collaboration with a leading German foundation engineering company and form the basis for the innovative KEMSOLID process. This groundbreaking soil consolidation technology involves the use of a KSI mixing blade attached to a hydraulic excavator, which penetrates the soil and mills a cement suspension into insufficiently load-bearing soils. This process results in the formation of a homogeneous, waterproof, and frost-proof earth concrete, which significantly improves the load-bearing capacity of the soil.
The KSI machines are highly versatile and can be adapted to different soil conditions and desired load-bearing capacity by using different cement formulations. The KSI mixing milling machines come in two sizes and various blade lengths, suitable for excavators weighing between 40 and 120 tons.
The KSI 7000 drive unit is designed for mixing depths of 5, 6 or 7 meters, while the larger KSI 12000 model can reach depths of 6, 8, 10 or 12 meters. Both models can be upgraded with a rotation module, providing even greater flexibility and precision.
With the KEMSOLID process and KSI series injection machines, excavation projects can achieve higher levels of soil stability, increased load-bearing capacity, and improved durability, all while reducing the environmental impact of traditional soil stabilization methods.

The Kemroc KTR range of chain saw trenchers is a game changer for excavators, providing a versatile attachment that can trench not only in soils but also in rock with 90 MMPa compressive strength. With a range of cutting chain widths available, each fitted with wear-resistant picks, the KTR trencher can produce trenches with perfect profiles in widths ranging from 20 to 60 centimeters and to a maximum depth of 2 meters. When starting the trench, the KTR is supported while sumping down to the desired cutting depth. After reaching the required depth, the excavator can be driven backwards, or the trencher can be pulled forward with the excavator arm. The housing also features a spoil discharger to deposit spoil to the side of the trench, making the KTR range an efficient and effective tool for trenching projects.

THE KTS RANGE OF TRENCHERS CAN BE USED FOR PRODUCING CLEAN, CORRECTLY PROFILED TRENCHES QUICKLY IN COHESIVE SOILS AS WELL AS IN SOFT ROCKS WITH UNIAXIAL COMPRESSIVE STRENGTHS UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 20 MPA.
The cutter chain can be fitted with tungsten carbide tipped tools for soft rock or with tools designed for use in soils. In mixed ground, cutter chains with mixed tooling have given good results.
KTS Trenchers are designed for use on excavators from 2.5 to 10 tons and can be mounted on skid steer loaders with a suitable adaptor bracket.
