KEMROC’s EX range of patch planers are a reliable and efficient solution for repairing asphalt surfaces, removing contaminated concrete, or milling screed layers with precise depth control. With mechanical or hydraulic depth control, milling to an accurate depth of up to 19 centimeters is possible.

These planers are available in five different sizes, making them suitable for use on any excavator or alternative carrier in the operating weight range of 1 to 23 tons. The EX range is versatile and can be used on any surface orientation, whether horizontal, vertical, or inclined. They can even be used on overhead surfaces, making them ideal for tunnelling applications.

KEMROC’s patch planers produce clean, smooth cut edges without the need for pre-cutting, and the fine grained cut material can be used for other applications. Cutter drums can be fitted with different tooling variations depending on the material to be milled, and non-standard drum types and widths can be supplied to meet unusual working conditions and ensure the best performance possible.
