KSI Series, soil mixing & injection
Soil mixing at production scale, depths to 16 m, output of 100+ linear metres per day.
Kemroc's KSI Series injection attachments are built for ground improvement and geotechnical works at production scale. Three models cover excavators and dedicated rigs from 35 tonnes (KSI 7000, 7 m depth, 130 kW) up to 200 tonnes (KSI 16000, 16 m depth, 300 kW). Tungsten carbide-tipped mixing tools, high-torque drive motors and hydraulic chain tensioning adapt the head to varying ground conditions. Daily outputs exceed 100 linear metres of in-situ mixing, no excavation required. Distributed in Australia by Monty Products.
Innovative & Efficient Design
Optimal arrangement of tungsten carbide-tipped tools enhances the mixing process, uniform binder distribution across the working depth.
High-Powered Performance
High-torque drive motors deliver ample power to mix heavy soils, cohesive clays and dense fill materials without stalling.
Adjustable Chain Tension
Hydraulic tensioning of the mixing chain matches tool engagement to ground conditions, consistent performance across varying strata.
Range Spectrum
Service weight (kg)
Where each model sits across the range. Lighter on the left, heavier on the right.
Where It Works
Common applications across Australian construction, demolition and civil sites.
Tunnel grouting
Inject cement or chemical grout into surrounding rock formations to consolidate ground ahead of tunnelling.
Pile foundation work
Soil mixing and column construction for pile foundations and ground anchors.
Ground stabilisation
Mix-in-place stabilisation of soft and contaminated soils, cement, lime or specialised binders.
Geotechnical reinforcement
Soil column construction for retaining walls, embankment support and slope stabilisation.
Contamination consolidation
Encapsulation of contaminated ground, bind contaminants in place for environmental remediation.
Mining and quarrying
Pre-grouting ahead of mining advances and consolidation of weak rock zones in active operations.
