The Rotar RCC concrete cutter is the premier solution for industrial demolition. Four models cover excavators from 18 to 55 tonnes, with closing forces ranging from 565 t (RCC 20) to 1,422 t (RCC 45) at the apex. The cylinder pressure normally runs at 350 bar, but Rotar's in-house RAMPLIFIER® technology doubles that to 700 bar the instant the cutter encounters heavy resistance. Concrete and rebar fall in seconds. Distributed and supported in Australia by Monty Products.
RAMPLIFIER® at 700 Bar
Two hydraulic cylinders with integrated RAMPLIFIER® technology. Standard pressure runs at 350 bar; the moment heavy resistance hits, pressure doubles to 700 bar. In-house Rotar engineering, not found on any other concrete cutter.
Bolt-On Cutting Teeth
Replaceable cast cutting teeth bolt on without welding, minimises downtime, lets you carry spares for high-wear jobs and protects the basic jaws from damage.
Performance-Steel Body
High-grade performance steel construction with large-diameter hoses, bores and pipes minimising back pressure. Long bearing pivot points support combined loads from every direction.
