RDP Series, primary demolition pulveriser
Crush concrete in 1.2 seconds, primary demolition that earns its keep on every cycle.
The Rotar RDP demolition pulveriser is built for primary demolition where cycle time is everything. Four models cover excavators from 15 to 70 tonnes, with closing forces from 100 t (RDP 20S) up to 195 t (RDP 42S) at the second jaw position. The custom Rotar speed valve closes the jaws fast, then automatically switches to power mode the moment the cycle needs more cutting force. Concrete crushed to aggregate, rebar severed in the same bite, materials separated for on-site recycling. Distributed and supported in Australia by Monty Products.
Speed Valve, Auto Power Mode
Rotar's custom speed valve closes the jaws as fast as 1.2 seconds, then automatically switches to power mode the moment the cycle demands more cutting force. No operator intervention required.
Replaceable Cast Teeth
High-grade wear-resistant cast teeth bolt on for fast field replacement. The body is assembled from performance steel, strong cycle after cycle with a low maintenance load.
360° Rotating Head
Heavy-duty rotating upper head and heavy-duty slewing ring with high-torque hydraulic motors. Handles heavy loading from any position with complete cycle control without repositioning.
