RSP Series, static pulveriser
Secondary crushing at production speed. 1-second cycles, 155 t closing force, on-site aggregate.
The Rotar RSP static pulveriser is the secondary-demolition specialist, built for crushing already-broken concrete into aggregate at production speed. Four models cover excavators from 16 to 60 tonnes. The custom speed valve enables jaw cycles as fast as 1 second, automatically switching to power mode when the cycle hits resistance. The hydraulic cylinder is angled for constant penetration force across the full stroke, no fall-off at the deepest cut. Distributed in Australia by Monty Products.
1-Second Cycle Times
The Rotar speed valve enables jaw closure cycles as fast as 1 second on the RSP 20S, with automatic switch from speed to power mode when the cycle requires more cutting capacity.
Replaceable Teeth
Field-replaceable teeth ensure consistent penetration into hard concrete. The body is assembled from high-grade performance steel and wear-resistant materials throughout.
Optimum Cylinder Angle
Hydraulic cylinder angled for constant penetration force throughout the complete stroke, no fall-off at the deepest cut where most jaws weaken.

Where It Works
Common applications across Australian construction, demolition and civil sites.
Secondary crushing
Reduce already-broken concrete to aggregate sizes for haulage or on-site re-use.
On-site recycling
Process demolition material at the source, eliminate offsite haul-and-return cycles.
Aggregate processing
Generate consistent crushed concrete suitable for backfill, base course or recycled product.
Concrete reduction
Reduce slab, footing and column fragments to handleable, recyclable pieces.
Stockpile reduction
Reduce stockpiles of demolition rubble to truck-loadable aggregate.
Construction waste
Process site waste during construction and renovation, clean materials for recycling.
