RDC Series, multi-function demolition combi shear
One tool, two jobs, concrete crushing on the same cycle as steel cutting.
The Rotar RDC demolition combi shear merges pulveriser and shear into a single attachment. Crush concrete, cut steel beams, sever rebar and process mixed demolition waste, all from one head, on the same cycle. Four models cover excavators from 15 to 70 tonnes, with cycle times as fast as 1.2 seconds and tip cutting forces up to 140 t. The new stable pivot-point design guarantees long-term cutting performance without geometry creep. Distributed and supported in Australia by Monty Products.
Speed Valve, Cycle in 1.2s
The Rotar speed valve closes the jaws as fast as 1.2 seconds, then automatically switches from speed to power mode when the cycle demands more cutting force. Fast cycles, no compromise on through-cut.
Teeth + Cutting Knives
Replaceable cast teeth for concrete plus replaceable cutting knives for steel. Handle reinforced concrete and structural sections with the same head, on the same cycle.
Stable Pivot-Point Design
New stable pivot-point design and double-rowed slewing ring guarantee long-term cutting performance. No geometry creep across long service intervals.
